Review form lost in post ?
hello I received my review form and got a month extension due to mental health workers schedule he filled it in with me at the doctors and said this will be posted with the others I have helped that same day , that was a week ago I have rang the pip helpline numerous times this week to keep checking they don't really seem worried it has not arrived yet and have extended it again until early December is this normal and what will happen if the post as lost it ,will they send out another or will my benefit be stopped ?its stressing me out

It can take much longer than a week to get through the DWP postal system and be scanned onto their system. I would not be concerned about it yet.
Payments usually do get stopped if they don't receive it by the deadline. Unless you have a vulnerable marker on your account.

To let people know. You can get a signed for delivery from post office for a discount if you use the freepost envelope that they sent the form with. The postage was already paid by DWP so you only need to pay approx £1.50 for the signature upgrade. It isn't fully tracked but it will say when it arrives with a tracking number if that makes sense.

There is no need to pay for a tracked delivery, just take it to the post office and ask for a free receipt "for proof of posting".
