Has anyone who uses PayPal had a long notice email about changes for us in the uk. I can't understand it it's a long letter. I only use it to buy things, linked to my debit card. Have to agree or can't use it. But it's such long technical, I don't understand it

    Do you remember what the email said it was about or did it just say changes? I had a look through my emails from PayPal but I couldn't see one that was similar unfortunately. Hopefully another of our members has received it.

    Perhaps this might be a good place to use an AI to analyse it for you. They can usually summarise long bits of text if you copy the email into it and ask it to put it into bullet points that are easy to understand.

    Yes, it was policy updates, legal communication. Such a long worded thing

    I actually closed my account as I found it's obsolete these days. You can use other ways to pay now.
