Is it possible to access private pension early below 55 yrs due to ill health disability and work 10hrs per week

You would need to contact the pension provider for answers.
If you receive New Style ESA or Universal Credit then any pension income would impact your payments.

I managed to get my small Stakeholder pension early when I stated I would never return to work. They wanted me to get a form signed by my GP stating this.
DWP were right onto me, and I had to go to the job centre to prove all was above board (was only a lump sum of under £6k).
