Single Work Capability Form WCA50 for UC and ESA launching 24th November
The DWP are launching a single form to assess work capability from the 24th November.
This will replace the UC50 and ESA50, however, these forms are still going to be accepted for a significant period of time.
They have done this to make things simpler and have changed the form to improve accessibility and make the wording clearer.

My recent wca in September, I had my friend with me. Although the lady was nice. I had a panic attack , and got breathless and needed my inhaler. I was physically shaking. And in tears. My mental and physical health has got worse. I don't go out hardly And feel panic when I have to go to town. I'm not to bad with the local shops. But I hate crowds
