Lcwra uc query

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with a query about a message left on my uc journal ?
This morning I had a text message to say I had a message on my journal that I needed to read, it’s from someone from my local job centre (I get lcwra) this isn’t a message I’ve had before and others say its voluntary to help if I wanted to try and get back to work so I am unsure if I have to arrange to have a call with them? I’ve attached the message below (with all details of names and job centre removed) if anyone could kindly help me with if I have to do this or can just be ignored like the voluntary batch messages they have sent me offering support if wanted
