Pip review help

Hi all, I have received my pip review. I think my current award is up in April.

Ive begun filling it out today but im unsure what to send and what to fill in/leave out in relation to my previous award.

With my last application I didnt actually fill out the form at all as I found it too overwhelming and was going to leave it. However they gave me a telephone assessment anyway. I received 0 points, did a detailed MR and again received 0 points, then I took it to tribunal, I submitted as much evidence as I could get ( it took 2 years to get to tribunal) and i was there awarded high rate daily living and standard mobility.

My question is should I send all of the previous evidence ( over 100 pages) in with this review as i sent that to tribunal last time not pip. Or will they have copies of that already? Assuming they do look back on the previous information when assessing a review.

Thank you for your time.

They should have copies but may well not look at them so best to send everything again.
