the white paper was axed on October the 30th, they obviously didn't feel confident they'd get it through so are now trying their hand bit by bit slowly rather than altogether.

This government is as dodgy as Keir Starmer is. No wonder no one believes what they say.

So what about those in the support group, who have been put in the new style esa and uc

They are now panicking about the budget and it hasn't even been announced I've seen more confidence in a fruit salad, some bizarre ping ponging game today about him doing a cover version of should I stay or should I go with streeting whistling and saying I know nothing about a take over bid.

What i think they will do is move most of us onto lcw then eventually ui with the loss of substantial risk and tougher scc criteria going to be near impossible already putting on programs about welfare cuts change of subject im watching American horror story cult was made in 2017 about politics my god what an eye opener everything that's happening now in real time they done in AHS even Donald trump in it

Must be horrible couldn't imagine being in pain they say we will have snow next week I bet that weather doesn't help

No, having copd as well as joint hypermobility syndrome, the weather does effect my health as well.

At least for the time being we do not read Liz Kendall blabbering on about people on sickness or disability benefits every other week, if not every week.
First prize for the best fake smiling ever goes to her.

tbh, I'd not worry about it yet, It's concerning I know but given this governments success rates and popularity I'd be surprised if they could get anything through more controversial than a bill that says free lemon sherbets for everyone over 15 and I know organisations on X stated a while ago Dpac possibly could of been another one that they are already seeking legal advice to slap down most of it if it did make it.

I remember your first day I had only been here 3 months myself, now you've technically been here longer than me as I'm starting again, that's because And I will be honest originally I had no intention of coming back but I missed some people and can simply put those I didn't on ignore, if they are even still here.

I've got gout and if I eat certain foods, such as food that's rich in tomato sauce, seafood, sardine, mackerel, or grapes, I get a terrible pain and swelling in my feet.
Pain caused by gout is considered the worst pain human being can experience. My former GP also told me this.

I contacted DPAC a few weeks ago re the Unemployment Insurance to see if this could be legally challenged if it went through. I am posting the reply I got back from them.
'It's difficult to know what will happen now they're not going ahead with the white paper and changes will be made on an adhoc basis but I think this would need primary legislation to go through parliament and couldn't just be changed without that happeneing. I assume it would mean anyone on CB ESA would only get it for 6 or 12 months from what they suggested in the green paper but nothing is clear.
When we spoke with a barrister earlier this year this change was one of the things he felt could most easily be legally challenged if it happened. Obviously it would need to be someone who could get legal aid though as otherwise you potentially face having to pay all charges if you did loose the case.'
