ESA MIGRATION to ESA
High all .
Hope all hope your all well.
Went to do my UC MIGRATION TODAY.
The adviser in my view was not competent first she said that out of date passport is not valid. Then she said it is. Then I asked her about utility bill . Letter from LL SHE SAID MAY BE .
Then she said that I would be getting the same transitional amount as I'm getting as the ESA support froup
Any advise would be appreciated.

If your UC award is lower than legacy benefits, Transitional Protection will be added to your claim to ensure at the time of transfer you aren't worse off. This will erode over time as other elements go up or new elements are added to your claim.

In general, an expired passport, which is self-explanatory, is not considered a valid form of identification for most official purposes, including opening a bank account, flying, or digital verification, and there is no obligation to accept expired documents.
However, some organizations or situations may accept it under specific circumstances, such as proving age for entry into a venue (if the photo is recent and still looks like you) or during manual right-to-work checks in the UK, though this is not universally accepted.
