Hello, im after advice or a better understanding. I put in a fit note 28th may 2025, I have maintained fit notes continuously. I had my LCWRA assesment on 30th October 2025. I got rewarded LCWRA 13th november 2025. I have got a letter saying I am owed one month's pay £420. For September/October. My assesment periods are 26th to 25th and paid 1st every month. I'm not good at these things however is this correct ? As I thought it's back dated by 3 months ? Thank you

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods before LCWRA is added to your award.

No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

Hi, sorry I wrote it in wrong. I got a underpayment for NOVEMBER 25 for £420 making my november payment correct.

So due to fit note handed in may 25 etc, does that mean I am not ventilated to any back payment for the months September and October 2025 ?

No problem if not its just I'm being told different things from people and getting extremely confused 🤣

    Thank you

    Eleanor

I'm assuming you received the underpayment for November 1st payment? Then that is for your September 26th - 25th October AP.

It's too early for you to have received October/November AP statement or payment (December 1st).

Hiyyah, yes it was for 1st novemeber - I'm slowly understanding now how it works it's slighty confusing to begin with 🤣

So to be clear, my statements should now be updated to the correct amount (hopefully) and I'm more than likely to NOT be entilited to paypayment too.

Thank you for your help too it's appreciated

Yes that's correct. I get paid myself on the 2nd so am used to navigating the payment date context!
