Hi I get enhanced daily living (mixing with people - you need support from another person to engage in social situations) pip & standard mobility (planning and following a journey-you need another person to follow a unfamiliar journey). I have ASD and ptsd. I am taking voluntary redundancy from my job of 15 years as I am struggling with stress etc. I'm not off sick, do I need to finish work then get a fit note or can I just apply for ESA without a fitnote?

You must apply with a Fit Note, and keep supplying them until a decision is made from your Work Capability Assessment.
