Thanks for updating us @rubin16. I am glad you're tolerating the NG feed and I'm keeping everything crossed that continues until you can trial food again. Thinking of you and take good care.

I'm at that point in the morning where you get woken up every like 20-30mins now, so might as well be awake and nap later. I get woken at 5:30 for pain meds and other IV meds I need, then at 7:15 they wake you again for breakfast and I just order my cup of tea, 7:45-8 they hand out breakfast (just tea for me as cant eat), 8:30am Cleaners normally come clean room and I normally have to have my bloods done daily, 9am- they kick you out of bed to change sheets and have a shower, 9:30-45- ward round, doctors and consultants come round, 10am- my care co-ordinator is coming, 11:30am - my nan should be here for a few hours, 12-12:30 Dietician is here.
Who thought hospital was for resting haha

Hoping and praying for healthier days ahead @rubin16
Everyone is rooting for you to be well soon

Sorry I had a really weird and scary moment, like I was perfectly fine one min and next I felt really weak and spacey, my whole body was shaking and kept having chest pain and felt tired. Nurses checked blood pressure and heart rate and were elevated and they did an ECG which I don't know result of as its still with doctors. After that I fell asleep for 2 hours.
I don't have a clue what that was, was it an anxiety attack or random panic attack I don't know, but I feel okay again now.
Thanks for your messages.

That must have been a horrible experience. Iβm glad the nurses checked you over and that youβre feeling okay again now. Try not to worry until you get the ECG results β it could have been a one-off or anxiety-related. Just rest and look after yourself.

We are all still thinking of you @rubin16 .
Sorry its been such a testing time for you
We are all behind you wishing you well

Yeah the night staff nurse (as they switched staff when I was asleep) said it was most likely an anxiety attack as i'm fine again. I doubt it was anything serious as i'm sure doctors would tell me something by now. I'll just mention it tomorrow at ward round with consultant but not had one like that for years if it was. maybe all the stress of everything lately? Thanks for checking in though appreciated.

Thankyou, thinking of you too.
Sending lots of positivity and healing vibes your way. Take care.

Thank you very much @rubin16
I feel like i really need that at the moment
Going back to being emotional again
Sorry

Don't ever be sorry for being emotional, you're bound to be after what you've gone through. Crying is a good release, and we all need to cry sometimes just to let out all the built up stress and trauma, never feel ashamed about that.
If I could stop all the hurt in the world I would in an instant, but i'll be there always for those that are hurting.
Take care of yourself.
