How is your day going?

Hahaha Chris75_!
Okay, you asked:
60" UHD TV
Soundbar and Subwoofer under my bed
Playstation
Various phones and computers
Drinks fridge
Microwave
Air Fryer
Fan
And then there's the remote controls for:
7 lava lamps on my windowsill, 7 more on two chests of drawers below the foot of my bed
12ft and 8ft neon **** lights which are draped around the drawings hung on two walls
A halogen projector which broadcasts stars, a moon and moving clouds onto my ceiling.
Another halogen projector and lamps in my front room (which I can see into from my bed)
The Cambridge Audio Min12 (X5) stereo in my playroom, which also has a 3000 watt subwoofer made by them. I essentially use that (spare bed)room as a bass speaker to play music into my bedroom. I control what's played on the stereo (and other details) with my phone.
This is how it looks:
The (marvellous!) tune is "You and me" by Meute, a splendid French band.

The language police here have censored my reply! 🤣
The word they Xed over is a synonym for rod, band or bar. Stripe without the e. It can also mean disrobe, but that's clearly not what I intended!
I'm (predictably!) curious if it may permit me to write striplight.
That's not a word. The two words are separated by a space.
Anyhow, please have a nice day if you'd like, or whatever else you prefer
😇

I can't see her from the window, I'll try again later. That one we had a month ago was spectacular!

Please Chris75_
The countless (because I choose not to) lasses who've slept here weren't employed by me.
I don't like to blow my own trumpet (pfhnaaar, pfhnaaar) but as far as I know they've each made that decision entirely independently.
Otherwise however it pleases me to decorate my bedroom like the classical pimp.
I worked in entertainments for a couple of decades so it's natural to and easy for me.
You may note that the neon light stuck on red has also partially fallen from the wall. That'll most likely be fixed and replaced tomorrow. I've lost that remote control.
I'll record and share the product of that if you like.
In my opinion the Dutch have that hole thing right (please pardon my pun). As people will pay for it, why not keep it safe?
I've never paid for it, What's your opinion please?

Well I think i will get modded if I add to this conversation! You have obviously had a trip to the kitchen after enjoying the small amount left in that wine bottle!
I say fair play to you with regards to the ladies, and i wish I could even remember what it is i am missing out on on!
As to paying, I only have once, and that was many years ago in Osnabrück.

Imaginations are always far more imaginative than real life!

I think for a time I can actually sympathise with you, while in hospital and pretty much bed bound due to too much pain when I stand/walk I've not been able to leave ward or get fresh air much. But the other day my dad came to visit and took me out for 5mins and even though it caused alot of pain, just getting out for 5mins did wonders for my mental health.

Can you see a bit of greenery from your window? Or perhaps hear a bird? That's what I often try to focus on, not to downplay the difficulties, but to remind myself there is more than that.
Hang in there, Rubin.

I'm fortunate that its only temporary (Touch Wood), I have a window right next to me in my room with a few small tree's but it just basically looks out to the other side of the building (Like a small square compound/garden in the middle, surrounded by the building). I've not heard many birds, but I do like the sound of rain even though I feel bad for anyone caught in it.

Good morning. I am really struggling mentally. I hope it will pass but I am not well. I will go to my session today but afterwards I will see ...

But imagine what that rain does for the tree, @rubin16 :) Touching wood for you, too.
Good morning, @Schildpad You get to feel what you feel, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. And I think you deserve a pat on the back for going today.

Morning everyone, hope you're all staying warm.
@Schildpad I'm sorry you're struggling. That's great that you're going to go to your session, it takes a lot of courage to do that when you're feeling this way.
I love the sound of rain too @rubin16

I know the dark nights aren't everyone's cup of tea but I've been really enjoying them lately because of all the lights everywhere. I like how the world looks at night time
