apparently people with severe autism are meant to be in it based on their own list of criteria,yet I'm not nor anyone else I know who's level 2 and 3

My daughter pip review come back she has autism, bpd eupd plus other physical problems. Hers goes up to 2028..is that when there bringing this ssc
How do they assess autism with this ,seeing how broad the spectrum is. Also physical health that's not going to get better. My joint condition got much worse since diagnosed in 23, same with copd
