How are you today

i have been better @Catherine21… but it is not so bad. i am still in pain and i am always imaging the worse it will happen even when things are turning ok. i am a fatalist and a pessimist so i really have to do something about it. i try not to think about anything but it is hard. i only stop thinking about my life when i am busy or i am with people otherwise i can not stop having racing thoughts…. it is very hard to change habits but i might have no choice but doing so.

i need good weather tomorrow and even if it not i have to go out… i do not like commuting.. i need a seat more and more the older i get and i do not always have the chance to being offered a seat as i am not that old.. But it is happening more and more lately. hopefully i will be back home in the afternoon and i hope it is not raining.

It's absolutely chucking it down

Good morning all!
Did you manage to go out @Schildpad? And was the weather better? We've had such bad rain down here!!
Sorry to hear you're not sleeping @xodza, it's hard to when you're in lots of pain! Have you tried any mind relaxation activities if your dr won't give you anything else to help you sleep?
Hope the appointment goes okay @Amberpearl, good luck!!1 -

Just feeling useless, dead inside and have decided to give up fighting.
not been doing well with my insomnia, sleep, diet and mental health the past week. Been spending quite a bit of time in bed the last few weeks, exactly the same today. Up this morning and then back to bed after breakfast. Just don’t know what the point is of me being in this world or what meaning I have in my life. I’m honestly a failure, a horrible person and one my family should of turned the off switch in 83.
