    @Mary_Scope weather is bad but it is not raining. I think I have got a cold maybe I should stay at home tomorrow and Thursday. I will see how do I feel.. I am on the way back home now.

    Just feeling useless, dead inside and have decided to give up fighting.

    not been doing well with my insomnia, sleep, diet and mental health the past week. Been spending quite a bit of time in bed the last few weeks, exactly the same today. Up this morning and then back to bed after breakfast. Just don’t know what the point is of me being in this world or what meaning I have in my life. I’m honestly a failure, a horrible person and one my family should of turned the off switch in 83.

    Oh no thats not the best of ideas is it @Chris75_

    I have put washing out on windy days in the Winter but not stormy

    At present due to recovery i cant put washing out due to reaching high with my left arm .

    Hopefully in few weeks time I will start to be back to being more productive lol

    Afternoon. I am at home with flu. Or something similar. I got sore throat. I have no fever but I think I caught a cold. I hope to feel better tomorrow.

    Thanks I think there is a virus around. I got it from someone where I go on Mondays and he got it from his kids. Yes. I am keeping warm..
