Universal Credit Review Advice
Hi,
I recently received word that I have a review and have to upload the required documents. However, I've noticed that I will receive a phone call interview at some point. My problem is that I am deaf and so can't hear over the phone very well. Does anyone know if I will be able to go into my local jobcentre instead? I know I would find it easier and I will be able to lip read as well.
Thank you.

Hi @Alditha, sorry it's taken a couple of days to get back to you. Universal Credit should be able to offer you a review format that is accessible to your needs.
Do you have access to your journal? It may be worth putting a message on there to let them know you wouldn't be able to take a phone call. Hopefully they can put something else in place to make it accessible for you when your review date comes around.
