Will my benefits be affected
I live on my own in a 2 bedroom property I receive PIP housing benefit employment and support and universal credit I pay bedroom tax on the second bedroom if my son was to move back home would this affect my money he works

Your Housing Element would increase as the bedroom tax would end due to that room being occupied by your son.
If your UC award includes any Transitional Protection, this will reduce permanently by the increase in your Housing Element.
If your PIP includes Daily Living, UC won't apply a non dependant deduction to your Housing Element.
You do need to let your local authority know for Council Tax purposes, if you get Council Tax Reduction this will be recalculated.
Each local authority has different rules for this meaning it's very hard to advise on individual cases from here.
