I don’t know where to turn

hi

For the past year I have had help trying to move from my current accommodation due to it being a hmo and lots of noise anti social behaviour

I have had a psychiatrist write a letter stating this is wholly unsuitable, also my autism and adhd reports

Today I was told they have prioritised me as band 2 however, they are only offering one viewing, if I refuse that’s it no help, they also said it will most likely be private

This is making me worry, I’ve been sick all evening since being told and I don’t know where to turn to get help

The psychiatrist team have not taken me on dispite me needing help, self harming to cope

I am really struggling at the bought of private as although I’m in private now I don’t understand paperwork and knowing it’s not permanent where I need stability

@apples I can't comment on what to do with authorities you have to deal with as no experience, but you need to get out of the your current home. Unless you can get another option with dealing with authorities, take the one on offer. It may be not to your liking being private, but it"a your chance to leave the current unacceptable property. You can get help to understand the paperwork. Try and stay calm, working yourself up over it won't help the situation. Hope you get a suitable property.

Take one step at a time your overwelmed and been flooded with so many what ifs its the fear of the unknown this place could be so much better give you time to decompress once we are in the situation its easier to deal with its what happens before that with the ruminating and unknown and fear id be the same trust me but this could be a good thing try break it down bit by bit breath and tell yourself your in control and everything will work out for the best and you wont always be feeling this anxiety your working towards peace of mind this is part if the process you got this x

Hi @apples. I'm sorry you're struggling so much. I agree with what others have said, it's important for you to leave where you are now and you've done the right thing in gathering evidence.

If you feel you're in crisis, please call 999, or go to your local A&E. I've sent you an email, so be on the lookout for it.
