Struggling in my job work 8 till 6 3 days a week as a health care assistant struggling with my knees and wrists and left shoulder I drive to patients houses and sometimes just manage to get job done and get back to car and sit till my next visit I'm just wondering is there any support for me as I've gone down to 3 days as other other 4 I look after my mother

Hi @bourkem, and welcome!
Being a healthcare assistant sounds like it would be tough for anybody, let alone for somebody struggling with mobility issues. Have you discussed reasonable adjustments with your employer? Scope have some information on the legalities of reasonable adjustments, and also the access to work scheme, which may be worth looking over. Employers have an obligation to support their employees, so it would definitely be worth pursuing.
