Pip phone assessment
Ive just had my pip phone assessment and it lasted 90 mins and I think it went ok , I got across how my disability’s effect me and said all the right things , but during the last half hour of the call we both had issues with connection and I missed things she said and she missed things I said but things were repeated and it all seemed fine and the assessment finished but then ten mins later she rang back !! And I obviously wasn’t prepared this time and she started asking different questions and querying dates and treatments that were misunderstood when our lines kept dropping out , so in the end she seemed quite happy and hopefully won’t ring again but where I was being confident of being awarded pip I’m now having doubts because of the dates and treatments confusion , is it normal for them to ring back

Hi @whufcjay. If there were technical issues and some information wasn't recorded correctly then yes it's normal for them to ring back. It's probably best that she did call back as now you know that there's no confusion over treatments and dates. Please try not to worry. There's always technical issues at the worst times!
