Just got my heart echo scan results in the post
Not got the holter monitor results yet
Letter says I have a dilated left atrium, moderate tricuspid valve regurgitation. Means leaky valve desease, due to my heart murmer and afib and high blood pressure
All sounds pretty scary
Can cause severe exhaustion and swollen ankles

I am exactly the same! My emotions are just all over the place, especially the week before. I spent the last one in absolutely tears over any Christmas film. And then just so much more drained. Hope you're doing ok.

Are you a bit warmer today?? I’m not feeling very Christmassy right now either but hoping it’ll kick in soon! What mystery films will you watch today??

What were the results @Amberpearl? I know it can be terrifying when you hear anything heart-related is wrong, I’d lived with the symptoms of one of my heart issues my whole life but been told I’d imagined it or that it was just anxiety, so took it in my stride. The second they actually diagnosed it as what it is, I was terrified - hearing anything is wrong with your heart feels like a life sentence but it really doesn’t have to be! They are experts are treating most conditions and the heart is so thoroughly researched ❤️

GOOD MORNING EVERYONEEEEEE! ❤️
I forgot I’d left my Christmas lights on in my hall, they rotate between different settings and so I woke up to flashing coloured lights streaming across my ceiling!! I panicked in my half asleep state thinking it was police in my house 😅

Morning everyone!
Haha @Biblioklept, what a way to wake up!
It's a tough time when you've lost someone you love @Catherine21. All the Christmasses, birthdays and anniversaries are the worst but I hope you get through okay. Thinking of you 💛
