Welcome to the community. It might be worth using our benefits calculator to see what you might be entitled to.

Hi @lisamarie45
As @Alex correctly advises, there are some great benefit calculators available. The Scope one above, and also https://www.entitledto.co.uk/ and https://benefits-calculator.turn2us.org.uk/AboutYou
On the details above, however I would specifically look into Working Tax Credit (for which you would need to be working at least 16 hours per week) and possible Council Tax Reduction, which can be claimed from your local council, and is calculated with reference to your overall income and capital including Tax Credits.
Aside from this, I think your eldest should be thinking about PIP, and possibly the 18 year old, depending on how their conditions affect them, as at present you indicate that you are caring for them, but there is no options with Carer's Allowance if they are not receiving disability benefits.
Depending on how your COPD affects you, you could also consider PIP yourself.
Benefits and work have a PIP self-test which will give you an idea of whether you may qualify https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/personal-independence-payment-pip/pip-self-test
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Mary
