Indefinite Period Award
I was told that I would be contacted after 28th September 2025 to see if anything has changed, my award end date is September 2026.
I was checking my upcoming pension payment online and at the same time I downloaded my PIP statement of entitlement and found that I have been awarded PIP for an indefinite period!
No text messages or phone calls received and no review form!
Happy Days 😎
Thank you for asking for a copy of your PIP
Statement of Entitlement.
You have been awarded PIP as follows:
The standard rate of the daily living component from
and including 14 July 2023 for an indefinite period.
The standard rate of the mobility component from and
including 14 July 2023 for an indefinite period.

When PIP was called DLA my award was indefinite too.
Now that its called PIP i have no idea what my award is.
What i do know is 'indefinite' is only indefinite until someone moves the goal posts.
