Thanks, but in all honesty between youtube and this forum and the people here when I was in hospital was kinda somewhat keeping my sanity together, even though I did have a few meltdowns and anxiety attacks in there.
I hope you have a good day and rest of the week, thanks for your message.

Sorry I didn't respond to you yesterday, been hectic today with helping my nan to a hospital appointment and buses not showing. I was so overly stressed and worn out by the end of it, I just literally went for a nap and slept for 2 hours afterwards. I just still lack my usual energy to do things, but I'm trying each day.
I also saw theres a gym opening not that far from me, with no contracts and its quite a cheap pay monthly gym so debating joining it. I really want to keep myself well and look after myself abit more and don't want to put too much weight back on so might join it. Whether my anxiety will let me go regularly we'll find out, I always feel stressed in gyms (Well to be honest whenenever I leave my flat) and hopefully it doesn't have loud music.
Hope you have a lovely christmas and sending positive vibes your way too. Take care of yourself, you are an amazingly kind individual with a bright soul that shines through this forum.
@Trevor_PIP Hope you have a lovely christmas too and hoping your leg get easier and more pain free each day.

Hi @rubin16 , Im sorry I didnt get back to you straight away
I was a bit under the weather with my water works
Sorry you had a ton on hassle with the buses .
Im glad you had that nap when you got back
Buses can be such a let down
Its very unfair and difficult when buses are involved in a situation
Hope the hospital appointment went well

I hope you manage to get to the gym occasionally @rubin16
If the music isnt too loud and the expense is a good fit it sounds like a plan .
I understand the anxiety
I feel very similar
My heart goes out to you
