Hi @kirstyedgar1, and welcome to the community!
What a terrible situation for you to be in: it must be tough on both your son and yourself, especially when you've tried to reach out for help. Are you looking to move immediately, or ate you still trying to resolve the issue? If you are wanting to move, a good place to start looking for financial aid could be Scope's grants information, including a search function for any applicable organisations near you. I really hope you manage to get something sorted! -

Thank you ever so much for that information, i can not under stand why my sons doctor did not mention that when the doctor knows my son nearly died. I am disgusted that nobody told me this.

Many disabled children are eligible for free school transport. I don't know if this is relevant to your circumstances but here is the link to check it out:
https://www.gov.uk/free-school-transport
As there has been mention of Disabled Person's Bus Pass, and these can be appropriate for some older students, I am also including a national link to enquire about those:
https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-disabled-bus-pass
It links through to the local authority that covers the area in which you live. Each local authority will administer the scheme locally and should have their rules clearly stated on their website.
