PIP
I receive PIP. I originally booked a holiday for 29 days. Father as appointee originally called PIP helpline and then me and got told twice under 3 months doesn't need to be reported. I then changed my flight making the holiday like 43 days or so. Can someone tell me if I'm in trouble and when can I book my next holiday? Before anyone judges - I didn't leave the house for 5 years (among other issues) so I think a holiday is rather essential.

Hi @a484, the guidance is generally to tell them if you're going away for over 4 weeks. If you go abroad for more than 13 weeks, that's when it becomes a problem and they will usually stop your benefits. 43 days should be okay. Here's the page about it on the government's website:
Are you on any other benefits or just PIP?

No problem @a484 ☺️ there are some different rules for other benefits so just thought I'd check!

Hi @a484 - & welcome to the forum. As Rosie says, you can go on holiday for up to 13 weeks at any one time. The day you leave, & the day you return from a holiday abroad don't count as you've temporarily been in the UK.
There's nothing in the regulations that stipulates when you can next go abroad so long as again it's as above, & no more than 13 weeks, & before it would affect your PIP.
