    @Amberpearl Maybe if he comes back to you, you can tell him that you were desperate to get it fixed and called someone else in instead. If you haven't paid him for anything, he shouldn't be surprised that you've moved on if he's not been taking your calls.

    Yesterday wasn't so good because i missed a planned cardiology admission at my local hospital because as hard as i tried i couldn't get showered or dressed so eventually i quit trying. Hoping today will be a better day and if i am successful washing and dressing i've got plans to head to ASDA because i am clean out of cigarettes, bread, milk, oh and chocolate.

    have u tried hot water bottles. they are very effective aid to warm up the body.. i used them in bed always.. also while sitting on sofa to watch TV
