How is your day going?

@Schildpad I understand where you're coming from, once you're on a medication it's hard to come off them. We always recommend that you go with the advice of your GP just to be safe. Maybe you could discuss your thoughts about alternatives with them and see what they say?

@Biblioklept my anxiety is triggered by everything. i have to stop reading the papers that might help. but noises etc.. i seem to be on the edge all the time. i really have to calm down. but it is hard. right know i feel anxious because i have to order my medication again and i am feeling the pharmacy will start putting faces etc.. i hope they just say yes and move on. but yes tomorrow i have to go an order it. they give me medication for three months so i do not have to worry but i hate being in medication as i do not see much improvement..

I'm sorry that's the case @Amberpearl. Do you have any mental health support? It must be awful to feel like a guinea pig.

Well Im not sure if you realise but you are stronger than you think @Amberpearl .
Dealing with all this takes a lot of strength .
If im truly honest the country is going backwards not forwards .
More and more people are in alot of emotional turmoil and the support services out there boiling over .
Hope some better news is on the horizon for you

I'm so sorry you're not feeling great at the moment @Amberpearl. You are incredibly strong as @Strawberry1 has said. And you're always looking out for others and showing kindness which is a truly lovely way to be.
I hope you get your results and quote back soon (and it's not too expensive). Have you looked into potential financial support for the windows at all?

And afternoon to all 😊
I hope everyone is feeling ok today. It's very cold here so I'm glad to be snuggled up inside. I think it's lovely weather for blankets and a candle in the evenings. That's what I'll be doing later. Snuggled with a book. I'm reading the Virginia Woolf collection at the moment and finding them so interesting and thought provoking.
