    My sleep pattern is all over the place at the moment .

    Depression won't help I suffer with it but my pain course mine I often land up phone the Samaritans in the night cos I struggle just here a voice even only for a few minutes I sorry here your not sleeping well thou and I hope your getting some help with it I all way be here if you want talk I just off to go pick up my mouth worth drugs lol I have to take a lorry to get them it nice meeting you and talking with you thou โค๏ธ

    Hello,

    I'm new to online discussion boards and this may sound silly but I don't really know how much information is right to share ๐Ÿ˜„

    Well I'm a mom of 1 girl and 1 cat. Both can be quite demanding of my time!! I don't get out much but had physio today and the weather isn't as cold as I was expecting, especially since they predicted rain since 9am and the snow last week. I would love to hear from someone but have a happy Thursday anyway xx

    Hello I am Chris I a dad to twin daughters I all new to this but people here I find so friendly and caring it a nice place to be and I wouldn't know how much to share like I say I new but I finding great and you can reply to anything any time I find and I know how hard it is with the wet damp cold as I broke my spine and had a lot injury cos my old job and I find life hard but when you meet nice people here it helps but welcome to this and it nice meeting you I am Chris ๐Ÿค—

    Nice to meet you Chris. I have Spinal Cerebellum Ataxia and I had a fall in 2024. I fractured my Tibia/Fibular so had coming to terms with my own mobility or lack of. ๐Ÿ–๏ธ

    Aww I sorry here that but all way know that your not alone in your struggles thou there other out there will be there for you I broke mine on the farm my big bull kick me off the trailer and I damaged my L4 and L5 disc I now have a spinal cord stimulator in to help with the pain and all so a NHS junkie lol if you want talk I all be here for you ok and I know the kids make life hard but I there with you on that as well my daughter's are hard work they don't need a dad but a slave lol ๐Ÿคฃ
