Just to let you know @Mijuka this discussion is from the beginning of the year and the original users may not reply, as they may no longer check the community. It's always best to start a new discussion with any questions you have.

It's doubtful you'll get a reply from the original poster @Andi66 as this is an old discussion and they've not logged in since March. You can start a new discussion if you wanted some advice though?

    Hi Angelmaker,

Thanks for sharing this information. Was your Tribunal hearing by video, phone or in person please?

Hi @Keepy, this is an old discussion so you may not get a reply. You could make your own post to ask a question to the whole community where you'd get more replies.

Just to add my experience, my tribunal was via video and I found it helpful for my anxiety as I could be at home but it was good to see their faces.

Here's the guide to posting but if you're not sure you can reply to this with what you'd like to say and I can post it for you.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I too have EDS, M.E. (CFS), COPD, Heart Condition amongst many others. I'm about to apply to a Tribunal as my mandatory reconsideration has just been denied, even with a further detailed letter from my GP! Which I'm dreading. Your story has helped me have an idea what to include. Thank you, I'm glad you finally got what you should.

I'm so glad that you found this useful @SoloWanderer. It's such a stressful process so it's good when people share their personal experiences. I hope you get a good result, let us know how it goes.
