Is Herringbone Vinyl Flooring Suitable For UK Coastal Areas?

I’m thinking about installing herringbone vinyl flooring in my house, but I live in a UK coastal area and I’m not sure if it’s the right choice. With the sea air, humidity, and changing weather, I’m a bit concerned about how well it will hold up over time. Is herringbone vinyl flooring suitable for coastal homes, or should I be looking at other flooring options?

    Welcome to the community.

    I also live very near the beach too, so I know how harsh the salt air is, it ruins cars and anything metal. But vinyl flooring doesn’t react to salt, humidity or damp like that.  As long as the floor underneath is dry and prepped properly before it’s laid, herringbone vinyl holds up really well in coastal homes. If you’re unsure, it’s always worth checking with the supplier.
