Hello .

I have been waiting since November 11 th 2024 since I sent my forms back .

No one knows anything I have not had a message .text phone call or update .

Serco Swindon Wiltshire are dealing with it and I call them every 2,weeks and still the same answer is ..It's under scrutiny with the healthcare professionals .

So as since the day they received the documents from me 11th November 2024 nothing has happened

    Am I being unreasonable to wait this long as mot even got any update at all I don't even know if I will get an assesment or not

    When I applied I was 59 now I'm near 61.

    Anyone else who applied same time as me have all been dealt with last year 😭

    Any advice for me on this would be welcome as I feel I've been forgotten about and calling serco for an update every 2,weeks and getting no answers is not good for me 😭

    Not sure if this is a new claim or appeal but personally , I’d involve the MP (look them up online or attend a surgery with them) and complain to the Dept of work and Pensions, and ask about back dating , I believe when a review assessment occurs you can lose or gain benefits (I don’t sleep either for one reason or another) good luck with it.

    If you have been waiting for an assessment since November 2024 then this is unacceptable. I would also advise that you contact your MP. You may also want to contact your local CAB or Welfare Rights Unit for advice.

    You can also follow Serco's complaints process and make a formal complaint.

    Sorry to hear you've been waiting so long, that sounds very frustrating.

    As some of our members suggested, it may be worth contacting your MP to hopefully get the ball rolling for you as you've already been waiting so long!

    I had a esa review in Jan 24 sent forms for that month. They contacted my doctor in March 24. Only knew this as It was on the doctor screen, I saw it in 25. I received the migration notice in Aug 25 to move by Oct. I was on Lcw. I phoned Esa up, they received it but nothing was done. I'm conditions were worse, which I put in the form. I got a wca in September, 2 weeks after phoning. And was awarded Lcwra ,2 weeks later. So keep on, Good luck

    As you can all understand since. November 2024 when I applied for LWCRA nothing has happened .

    No text no update no call no assesment .

    Every 2 weeks I call Serco and it's the same answer it's in the hands of the health professiionals nothing new at all as now as of January 18rh 2026 no news and been told to call them back February

    As you are getting nowhere with Serco helpline I would give up calling, instead use their formal complaint procedure to make a complaint and contact your MP.
