Daresbury Hall help
Hello everyone, I hope no one minds me joining here!
I'm trying to archive the story of Daresbury Hall during it's time as a residential home for Scope and I was wondering if anyone had any stories or photos they might be willing to share, or be able to point me in the right direction? I'm hoping to record everyone's experiences, and make sure the place isn't just remembered for its days as a fancy hall☺️

Hi @ChaffyRabbit, welcome to the community. That sounds really interesting!
I found an old discussion from 2022 where we launched a history podcast. One member describes their work at the hall. I will tag them here in case they are still around and can offer their experiences, but it may be that the member has now moved on and no longer logs in to the community. @daresbury1978 - hope you don't mind me tagging you here if you are still around!
There's a book about the history of Scope linked on our website. I wonder if that might have some stories in it:
Hope you can find what you're looking for! Best of luck with your project ☺️
