    @JessieJ oh not me either, naturally I meant ripped jeans from being old and worn… I'll never comprehend the idea of brand new jeans with rips in them 😧

    Ripped jeans are so last year! Have you seen the jeans with fake mud on them? That's the new haute-couture… they were about 400 dollars I think 😁

    Fake mud…..what?!! I wish we had the old smileys, as there was a brilliant one perfect for this <thud>

    I cannot believe they're selling jeans with fake mud … and £400 odd! It's pretty muddy in parts of my garden, perhaps I could make some money here 🤣

    I sometimes wonder what the people who make these things - who are probably from a poor country and paid very little - think when they're told to rip a pair of expensive jeans. Maybe they even wear ripped clothes and would love the chance to swap theirs for the nice new pair 🤦

    Well said. It's a very sobering thought @66Mustang

    I came back from a walk with Hattie yesterday, I was covered in mud head to foot from Hattie jumping back up on my lap. Couldn't wait to get back, wash her bag & coat, my hoodie, jeans & clean the fur on my boots. I did all that & then thought of this thread, I could've made a mint on Ebay….doh! 😉

    @JessieJ is Hattie the one in your profile picture? I remember you saying you were thinking of getting a dog a little while ago. What kind of dog is she??

    Yep, @66Mustang, as @onmylonesome remembered. 😄

    She's a shaded red madam of a tweenie dachshund that is now 18 months old. Don't know where that time went, anyway, I wouldn't be without her now, she is my shadow & as nutty as a fruit cake. 😎

    ETA: A photo to prove she's mad, this was a Highland cow footwarmer I received for my birthday. Also a hat or headwarmer for a mutt!

    @onmylonesome thanks 👍

    @JessieJ such a characterful little dog there! I can relate with the "shadow" thing. Jenson always wants to know what's going on, if you're just going to the bins he tries to come. Sometimes it makes jobs take twice as long but you can't get annoyed with him, I think it shows intelligence that they want to learn about everything

    You're not kidding, @66Mustang !

    I think in part, they follow as we're pack leader. It also shows they're intelligent, as they learn from everything. Sometimes, yep, it can be a bit of a pain when you're trying to do things, but wouldn't stop it, unless it was dangerous.
