I'm sorry it hasn't been a good week for you @Katiedimelow20. Is there anything you could do that would help you feel better? I'm going to do a face pack tonight to try and relax.

@Rachel_Scope Yes, thank you for asking, I did manage to go swimming. I used to feel very uncomfortable going but now it just seems normal so the anxiety isn't so bad. Occasionally I'll get there and turn back.
Today's swim was lovely and I could forget my pain whilst swimming!

What games do you play on the Switch 2 @Katiedimelow20? I have an old Switch. Do you play Mario Party or Kart? They're my favourites and I'm wondering if they're good on the Switch 2. Are you still using the app for your anxiety? Have you got a therapist appointment coming up?
I'm so glad you had a good swim @TripToo. I think you're right, if you keep going the anxiety will not be as bad. It's just that first push that's the difficult bit. Plus I always feel like I get lost in the changing rooms on the way to pool as everything looks the same! How often do you go?

@Rachel_Scope how often I go swimming depends on pain. Occasionally I go 4 or even 5 times in a very good week. Sometimes I can't go at all. It's been amazing for my mental health. Although it can make my pain worse afterwards. Hope you're having a good day. Are you up to much?

I bet it feels great to be able to go so often on your good weeks @TripToo. I used to be in pain afterwards too but it was like a nice pain if you know what I mean? It felt good to be able to do some exercise. Apart from working, I'm not up to much. My daughter is ill so I'm exhausted and it'll be an early night for me, hopefully! Are you off for a swim today?

IBS flare up, cramps/bloating and constipation🤢 Got some laxative stuff from the chemist so hoping it starts to work sooner rather than later.

hello, i am so so .. i feel so scared and hopeless. i do not see any way out i am just trying to commit to my volunteering but i feel very scared. i just want to be locked up in my room and never leave. it is a struggle even to breathe. medication is not working. so i might have to start considering stopping them slowly even if being in no medication will affect my benefits. i am not sure what to do.. i feel like i am just fighting to keep alive.. i am tired of carrying on… it is really a struggle. that is it.
anyway.

Really sorry you're feeling like that @Schildpad. Have you spoken to any doctors about how you've been feeling? I'll send you an email in a little while so please look out for that.
