Hi really worried I'm on universal credit I don't have to work or look for work but I've had to messages now asking to chat to see if they can help me I didn't realise that they where medical people ? Not good on computer I've sent a copy of my messages do I have to reply it's really stressing me out which is not good

    I feel for you @knitting68728991 because i also found the whole migrating over to UC super stressful. I only agreed to migrate the day before my final migration date because a support worker convinced me it was something i must do. The letter you received would worry me too and personally i would ignore it because i now have a deep seated phobia about anything to do with UC. Btw, i am NOT suggesting you should ignore it though.

    I’d just send a friendly message back tbh . They set me on edge too smh . Say thank you for your message but I feel at this time I am not ready to be doing anything , but thank you again .

    It's fine to ignore this @knitting68728991. It's a scheme to help people get back into work but it's completely voluntary.
