With invisible illness can people work from home

I would like to know how it's possible to try to work from home without feeling under pressure by setting up a small business one step at a time
I'm missing working but I don't feel stable enough to be completely self supporting...
I am sure, like many, it would be so good to feel well again...
Just because people look and sound alright doesn't mean to say they feel alright...
Invisible illnesses and being judged...
Why can't people stop judging a book by its cover?
Being a tall, slim, grey/blonde hides my illnesses but I have no stamina and end up sporadically bed/house bound
Somedays I am unsure if I should eat or heat bc money being so limited
I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired...
Misophonia/Hyperacusis, M.E./CFS, IBS/allergies/intolerances, Sleep apnoea, Arthritis, injuries, PTS/Mental illness...
What are we allowed to do/earn from home on ESA?

@DinoBoo thank you for your comment...I'm hoping others are able to reply with some sort of information that is helping with advice and guidance in the right direction
I find it hard to do things under pressure as it causes relapses but if it's poss to do something without deadlines, something is better then nothing

I can relate to your comments/feelings Janice, i am also stuck at home with fibromyalgia, chronic pain & fatigue. Would love to do something with my time but know I need to pace myself & also some days I am also unable to do anything at all! Feel useless sometimes being stuck at home but  tryin to keep positive, I am also a single mum to a young daughter.

    Hi @AmandaMcN
Looking back I don't know how I coped being a single parent so I appreciate your added challenges
I am on my own & just about cope and since DLA was stopped it made life so much harder causing relapses which affected confidence too
I really don't feel reliable enough to commit to anything... I don't socialise so I wouldn't be able to be self supporting
I'm feeling sleepy on & off just typing this so if I worked for someone else I'd probably get sacked on my first day for lateness & laziness when it's not the case at all
Easliy exhausted is the truth but bc nobody sees people at home struggling they judge people by looks & how they sound
I'd love to be able to do something but not under pressure
I hope there are going to be more people adding comments so we can learn how to earn
