My son Nicholas [removed by moderator]
Has Autism which was diagnosed at 4 he is now 51.
He has never had payed employment and now on Universal
Credit
I would like help to get him Limited work Capability as the keep telling me he can work

Hi,
Plenty of people have Autism and work, including some of the wealthiest people in the world. Getting LCWRA is not about the condition itself, it is about the limitations and restrictions that are specific to your son.
If you haven't seen the list of descriptors for LCWRA, this link below shows them clearly. Only one of those descriptors needs to be met for a LCWRA award.
Who goes into the Limited Capability for Work-Related Activity (LCWRA) group and how?
Often people with Autism will have difficulty with social engagement, or coping with change, or communicating. We cannot tell which of those may be true for your sons case from the information provided so far. Hopefully that will help you decide which fits him best.
