    No @Holly_Scope I just bought one from Tesco. I didn't know Scope supplied them?

    It's sometimes provided by our energy team, although i think they've recently run out. Worth noting for future. They offer other support too (sometimes energy vouchers).     They are really helpful they had help me but we had to go on the next step the energy company was being stubborn and not doing anything so I had to go to ombudsman but that can take up to 3 mouth to deal with but even then the problem I got I don't think they get sorted but scopes energy advisors are really really good of recommend them to anybody who disabled all got disabled kids
