Universal credit : Carers element
If you receive high rate care component of PIP for yourself so you receive limited capability for work also and you look after a disabled child who gets PIP, high rate care and mobility, you receive Carers allowance for them are you entitled to the care element for them also, or no because you get the limited capability for yourself ?

If a person is entitled to both LCWRA & Carers Element then only the higher amount, LCWRA is paid. The same person cannot get paid both amounts.
