I got a journal msg today from a health coach!!! See attached pic.

I’m on limited capability for work and work related activity.

There saying develop skills and options for the future and this won’t make us reassess your claim!!!

It seems a sneaky way to try and get me off UC.

what is the best way to respond to this msg and say to them.

I have heart problems, angina and bad anxiety with medical proof and medication for it

TIA for your help in this matter

Hi @falkirkjohnny, you can safely ignore this message if you don't want any support.

It's totally voluntary and they're just looking for people who would appreciate some support or advice about moving towards employment if they're feeling ready. If that's not you, then don't worry. You won't be penalised in any way for not engaging with them, so you don't have to reply if you don't want to ☺️

Support health coach.. erm.. What health support will they be able to offer? A work coach with a medical background?

Nevertheless, I’m sure some people will appreciate the offer and welcome the support.. for most It is such a daunting feeling to be sick and limited in life and then have people thinking a job is the answer to it all…

Pain and suffering makes life unbearable.. we hang by a thread.. relying on people to look after us..
