I have requested a copy of my health report for LCWRA
Hi everyone I have requested a copy of my UC LCWRA health report as I have just had my PIP review and it has been ended going from 11 points to 0. I know UC use different descriptors and its for based on work but I want to use it to support my Mandatory Reconsideration. UC are asking me why I want this document should I have to explain why I am requesting it? Thank you

You shouldn't have to explain yourself no, but it's probably easier & less hassle just to say something like "I need a copy for my own personal records I keep at home"

Thankyou for responding, and yes you are right I shouldn't have to. I just find it bizarre that I have requested it and the Work Coach has asked me if I am fit for work, which I find unacceptable. What is wrong with these people?
Thankyou again

That is unacceptable.
With LCWRA we don't have a work coach, instead Journal messages go to a service centre.
