Hello,
Sorry to hear about your loss.
When I lost my mum, not so long ago, I went for individual bereavement counselling and it was an enormous help. I could say anything I wanted or not say much at all. Everything I wanted to say about mum was listened to without any of the discomfort friends may feel with those sorts of chats. It really helped me to cope.
Also, as @Rachel_scope said, this online community is a very good place.
I found my bereavement counsellor through a local hospice but my GP practice had the same information as well. My local NHS Talking Therapies also had a list of helpful places and links and I was able to self-refer to them.
