Facing PIP hearing after being turned down earlier this year, any advise.

Hi glorybe and welcome
If you are going to tribunal then you need to be yourself. Put away your coping mechanisms, the panel need to be able to see the problems you have.
The panel is only interested in the truth and are very used to the shinnanigans of the DWP and assessors.
When is your hearing date ?

Thanks for your reply CockneyRebel, my hearing. Is Wednesday and I'm shitting it, Chancery Lane is where I'm heading for and I hope all goes well.

Hi glorybe
Good luck on wednesday, just try and do your best. In most cases the panel are sympathetic. Tell the truth but don't hold back, we all play down our problems as a way to cope from day today. This is the one day that you have to become the person that you don't want to be, the sick person.
( ps Shitting in front of the panel is not necessarily a good idea )
Let us know how you get on
