    I'm struggle badly with depression and anxiety, I had cancer last year which a very stressful time for me, now I have appointment coming with Uc

    Sorry to hear that @Palmtree125. The benefits system is really tough sometimes, especially if you're already dealing with a lot. Have they told you what your appointment is about?

    That does sound stressful @Palmtree125. Is there anywhere you could check what the appointment is for, like your UC journal? Hopefully it's just something simple. Do you need to go in person or is it over the phone?

    That's really understandable considering all you've been through @Palmtree125. Have you had any support for how you've been feeling? For example, from the doctor, or a mental health professional of some kind.

    It's a phone appointment, just can't cope with it at all, it's like your life is not your own with them

    I can understand that feeling @Palmtree125. It's horrible to feel like your life is controlled by some outside forces. Do you have anyone who can be with you during the phone call to offer you some support?

    No I haven't anyone to help me, I just can't cope

    Could you put a message on your journal to say you're struggling and can't cope with the call? They may be able to rearrange it for you.

    Anxiety is extremely hard deal with, I to suffer with extreme anxiety and depression where I just feel unable cope, so I understand how you maybe feeling.

    I have UC call tomorrow they said it's for 30 mins, I'm feeling so anxious I'm not sure what's its about, I really can't cope with it, it's making feel sick and extremely anxious.

    I think you should take someone with you for support.

    That's a really good suggestion @Flow123 if there's someone you can have with you for the call, might just make it a little easier having that support. I hope you're able to settle today and it goes ok tomorrow @Palmtree125. Please let us know how it goes.
