Hi @Roastdinner55 and welcome to the community. It's so difficult when getting a new diagnosis. I also have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and felt a period of grieving for my previous life. Things are better now and I've been able to adjust to new ways of doing things and understanding my limitations. I'm sure there will be other members here who can relate to your situation and provide some support. Do you have any mental health support?
