Good morning everyone. The sun is shining here today, a lovely day. Looks like a tidying day in the garden. New green shoots appearing which always makes me smile.

one thing… as a shatterproof windows… maybe you could put polycarbonate sheets.. it is basically plastic and they do not break easily. i am not sure what is the law on those but if someone throws a stone on them they do not break. …. also maybe cover the windows with some railings … i do not know.. but your council needs to know about the situation and the police.. even if it is pointless. it has to be registered…

I had a good day despite pain and feeling exhausted by lack of sleep.

Good morning.
I'm really not feeling well today.
I have to go for a blood test and then I will need to have a restful day.
I have plenty of stuff on my tv planner to watch.

Morning everyone 😊
Sounds like a few of us are on TV catch ups today! Anyone watching anything good at the moment that they'd recommend?
Sorry to hear you're not feeling the best @Schildpad, hope it passes quickly.

I watched 'The Lady' yesterday, based on a true, horrific story from c 1999 which I remember well. I watched all 4 episodes on ITVX. I thought the production was very well executed with great sensitivity to the victim and his family. I'm not sure they'd say that as I think they were against it. I didn't feel it was 'sensationalised'. It portrayed a person with (likely) Borderline Personality Disorder who I, initially, felt empathy who tried to improve her life. I felt no empathy for her whatsoever in the end. I think the actor who played the Duchess of York donated her earnings to charity. Well worth watching imo.

Ooh that definitely sounds interesting @Santosha12! I'll add that to my list

It's all on ITVX now Rosie. Each episode (x 4) c 1 hr but 45 minutes each after adverts. I 'binge watched' it all yesterday as I've no patience waiting for another 24 hrs 🫠. I'd not heard of any of the actors before but those who acted the part of Jane Andrews and Tom Cressman were, I felt, very compelling, especially Tommy Cressman who absolutely did not deserve what happened to him. I won't say anymore as I don't want to spoil it. A very sad 'story' though and terribly moving.
