You've not heard the half of it π€£π. I must dig out a video from my PC, when Snicket was a puppy and inside his (solid) cage he was hitting the sides with a plastic turkey, the cage vibrating and the noise was hilarious.

Here's a feeling we can all probably relate to.....

My Mk1 Ford Focus Flight (which I still have) when I bought it in 2015. For most of the time I've had it it's been really reliable, it's 22 years old now. According to wikipedia all Flights are limited editions.

Ah, that's the best feeling in the world, to have a car that has stood you by. I miss my Corolla for that feeling. But that was way less than 22 years. 22 years - that's remarkable! It says a lot about you too, in taking good care of your stuff. ππΌ

Yes, took it yesterday when I took Hattie through our wonderful parks in the city. It's coming alive, even the magnolias are starting to open. They're my favourites & they are all around the parks. There are loads of white crocus too, it looks beautiful. π
Yep, but I would like some of your snow occasionally, Chris! βΊοΈ We don't have sun today, just grey & windy.

@JessieJ what a beautiful environment you live in. Wow. I love how natural the growth is in your picture. There is something perverse (to me) about a highly manicured garden. Forcing nature, to me, misses point of nature.

My first ever car which I bought in 2008, another Mk1 Focus.

Yes, very lucky, @StarryEyed! The city is well 'park'd', there are four that you can walk through from one to the other, there's also a lovely enclosed dog park in the middle of them which is fenced but with some metal sculptures built into them & clematis, passionflower & honeysuckle dripping all over & picnic tables. Once it dries out, we'll be able to visit again, as Hattie has some regular doggie friends she meets up with, some fellow dachs, her best friend is a rottweiler called Rambo, the gentlest lump, but they can all charge around leadless & play. The parks are my favourite place to go as the planting is wonderful & I don't have a garden, the trees, flowers through the year of different kinds, a fountain, statues & cenotaph. They're really well looked after by the council & are beautiful. Squirrels everywhere too! Off there
tomorrowtoday as forecast is for dry weather again.0 -
Oh what splendid pictures you paint in my mind π₯° And what a wide smile you've put on my face. Thank you. ππΌ Do you ever photograph your park visits?
I was lying in the grass this week and a little doggie came to say hi and sit with me for a bit. It was the sweetest compliment...
