Where can I get directly placed into paid, part time roles? this exist? if
see title. functionally unemployed for 6 years despite managing to sort of disguise it with my CV. too burnt out to keep volunteering aside from what i'm already doing. got lots of cptsd triggers I need to unpack that can only be done via directly working in the workplace, with all the expectations that comes with it (ie. not volunteering)> Struggling to apply for jobs, as I'm not hearing back. plus, even if i did get through that whole process, I see no point, as I expect i'll just get let go in a few weeks for being myself.
so i need to be directly connected with employers who will take me on, with a minimal application process. and where they'll actually get back to you and not ghost. Where does this exist, if it even does?

Employers not ghosting you? Unfortunately it won't happen, especially if you're honest enough to declare your disabilities, equal opportunities under the Equality Act? Load of cobblers IMO, they just say "We are a disability confident employer" because they legally have to, the vast majority do NOT mean it IMO.

I don't declare my disabilities to employers. Also employers dont have to legally declare they're disability confident unless they voluntarily sign up to the meaningless scheme of the same name

Hi @Stellar you could try our employment team here at Scope. We work with partners and disability friendly employers. They can look to get you access to our job board too if you wanted.

Had a feeling somebody would suggest this. I'm already under Support to Work and the advisor I met told me this exact thing - ie. being directly placed into a work opportunity, or at least an interview, hence bypassing the broken application process - is something they don't help with.
