A new inability to send a PM

Hi @Community_Scope - I wished to send one of our members a PM, but there was an inability to do so. I was met with only options to look at my 'Next' or 'Previous' PMs.

I'd appreciate you looking into this, thank you.

    Thank you for raising this. There are some issues with private messages at the moment that are being looking into. Hopefully we'll be able to update soon.

    While I can send PM's on messages I have already sent I am unable to send a brand new PM to a new person.

    Is there a time frame as to when this issue might be resolved? @Community_Scope

    Hi @Community_Scope - whilst looking through the 'How to use the community' guide, I read this under PMs:

    ''Please note members are no longer able to create new private message conversations''

    Is this because of a temporary issue, or is this now in fact the case?

    Hi @chiarieds, it is intended to be temporary, but there is an on-going issue with PMs that we do not currently have a solution for. So the guidelines were updated to reflect the current status.
